This festive season, the BID has worked with partners including Network Rail, British Transport Police, South Western Railway, The Samaritans, and the Railway Children to help create a Safe Space in Waterloo Station.
With the high number of social events during the festive period, having dedicated staff on hand for anyone who is vulnerable or worse for wear during this time will help ensure travellers get home safely.
Open from 7pm to 11pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in December, the safe space can be found under platforms 19-24, near Exit 5 and the Sidings.
