South Bank BID sponsoring VAULT Festival 2023

South Bank BID is sponsoring the 2023 VAULT Festival, the UK’s leading independent festival of live performance.

Running from 24th January – 19th March 2023 in venues across Waterloo and South Bank, the 2023 festival programme features over 500 of the best theatre, comedy, cabaret and late-night shows from some of the brightest talents across the live performance industry.

The BID previously sponsored the 2020 festival, which ended a week early due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The 2021 and 2022 festivals were both respectively cancelled due to the impact of restrictions in place at the same – this year’s festival programming reflects that sense of reclaiming joy and the importance of creativity during bleaker times.

The VAULT festival plays an important role in London and the wider national creative economy, by providing crucial opportunities for young and upcoming creative talent to develop and showcase their skills. Taking place across 8 weeks in the traditionally quieter post-Christmas period, the festival will help drive visitors of all ages to South Bank and Waterloo during the winter months.

This year, the Festival’s offering to the night-time economy has also expanded through the brand new space The Flair Ground, a purpose-built venue featuring the finest imaginations in cabaret, drag, burlesque, circus and performance art talent.

Tickets are on sale for performances across the programme now; to learn more about all of the incredible performances on, and how you can get your tickets, click here.

There are also opportunities, as a business based in South Bank, to book corporate packages for your staff, including masterclasses, private parties and cultural conversations facilitated by the VAULT Festival team. To learn more about these, or create something bespoke for your staff, get in touch with the team at marketingmanager@vaultcreativearts.org.
