South Bank BID is among the first 15 London BIDs and Business Crime Reduction Partnerships (BCRPs) to have signed a new streamlined Data Sharing Agreement with the Metropolitan Police Service.
The Met Police’s Business Crime Team has worked with BIDs and BCRPs across London to address the challenges surrounding information sharing, resulting in this landmark new agreement, that will be extended out to more BIDs and BCRPs across the capital in the future.
The new Data Sharing Agreement aims to enhance information sharing between police and local businesses, creating a more consistent, uniform and collaborative approach to how information is shared.
This new streamlined approach will further strengthen South Bank BID’s ability to work in partnership with the police on intelligence sharing and to efficiently and effectively tackle business crime and anti-social behaviour across our area together.
