We’re pleased to announce that the Mayor of London has now officially launched the Let’s Do London international campaign, in which South Bank features prominently.
The Mayor of London and London & Partners have joined forces with London’s tourism industry, including South Bank BID, to launch the largest international tourism campaign the city has seen to attract global visitors back into London.
This new campaign will primarily target holidaymakers in the US, France and Germany, and inspire travellers to choose London for their next trip by shining a spotlight on the city’s diverse range of attractions, exhibitions, and events. The new campaign will run across several channels, including video on demand, YouTube, social media, display and out-of-home advertising.
Alongside Merlin Entertainments, the BID is a key partner of the campaign, and this has ensured that South Bank receives high levels of visibility across the creative aspects of the campaign and its messaging – you can see examples of the campaign imagery below.
A domestic tourism campaign will be following in the Summer: last year’s campaign – which the BID also supported – is credited with generating an additional £81 million in spending by attracting additional 280,000 visitors to the capital.
If you would like any further information on the campaign, or how to get involved, you can get in contact with the BID at BID@southbanklondon.com. You can find the complete Let’s Do London Press Release here.
