IT Update: South Bank BID Emails

We are currently updating our email domain to ensure our communications reach partners, members, and stakeholders reliably.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have experienced a technical issue with our existing email domain, which has meant that some of our outgoing emails have been incorrectly filtered as spam or held in quarantine by recipients’ systems.

To resolve this, our email addresses are now transitioning to a new domain.

Our new email domain is: @sbeg.co.uk

What we ask you to do

  • Please update your address book to recognise emails from @sbeg.co.uk

  • Mark the domain as safe, and if possible - whitelist the new domain within your organisation

  • Check your spam folders or quarantine providers – our first emails to you from the new domain may have been flagged

We’d like to assure you that we have not been affected by a cyber attack and there has been no data breach. This change does not affect our organisation, services, or how we work with partners. It is a practical step to overcome the recent issue and improve reliability.

If you have any questions or believe you may have missed communications from us recently, please do not hesitate to get in touch - either directly with members of the team that you have been trying to contact, or email us at mail@sbeg.co.uk
