To help levy payers both promote their own venues, and find the ideal space for their next event, the BID delivers South Bank Venues, a comprehensive events hub that lists all of the incredible venues in South Bank.
South Bank Venues was a service originally set up by South Bank Employers’ Group in 2007, that brought together a select number of local venues, in order to promote the area as a destination for conferences, events, meetings, incentive travel, filming, and photoshoots.
In response to the challenges of the pandemic, and recognising the vital role MICE industry plays for many of the BID’s levy payers, as of 2022 the service is now funded and lead entirely by the BID.
Alongside the online venues listings, the BID also funds year-round marketing activity that targets a range of event buyers through trade media publications, websites and listings on venue finding platforms.
