The South Bank BID held its first event of 2016 on Tuesday 2nd February at Mondrian London.
The event provided an opportunity for networking and introductions, but also a chance to give the membership an understanding of the role that the BID plays within the South Bank.
Many of the BID board attended including the deputy chair, David Pelly, who gave a short speech to welcome the members, and the Chief Executive of South Bank Employers’ Group, Nic Durston, spoke on the BID’s vision for the future, and the collaborative goals of SBEG and the BID in working together to create a better future for South Bank.
The event was well attended with over 130 members making an appearance. The BID will be surveying members to ensure that the event was both enjoyable and useful.
An online gallery of the event is available now on the BID website, as well as footage of the welcome film from our chair, Anne Golden.
The gallery features images of the BID management, board, and team, as well as representatives from the 172 member businesses that attended the event.
The gallery is accessible from here, or from the drop down menu under the ‘About Us’ section.
