Improving the Visitor Welcome

To streamline and improve the provision of visitor information in South Bank, we will be delivering a free training session for South Bank BID member staff who regularly talk with members of the public.

The session will be open to all BID members, and we will actively invite:

• Hotel concierge (Marriott, PPHE, Mondrian, Mad Hatter, Premier Inn)
• Trafalgar London Reception Centre Staff
• Merlin Front Office staff
• South Bank Patrol
• Waterloo Station Tourist Office
• Network Rail staff
• BID restaurants to include their front of house teams
• BOX Office and Visitor Experience Teams at National Theatre, BFI, Southbank Centre, Old Vic, IWM London
