Car Free Day – European Mobility Week

Cornwall Road and Surrounding Roads

On Saturday 24th September Cornwall Road, Alaska Street, Exton Street and Secker Street will say no to traffic, and will instead be pedestrianised for five hours of music, rolling (see below) and fun for all who visit to celebrate Car Free Day. This event is being held as part of European Mobility Week, an awareness campaign aimed at promoting cycling, walking, and the importance of sustainable travel in Europe.
